Instructions
- Heat chicken broth in a large pot and add vegetables. Season with salt and pepper and simmer.
- Stir in shredded chicken and heat through, absorbing broth flavors.
- In a bowl, mix 1 cup Bisquick with 1/2 cup milk to create a dough.
- Drop spoonfuls of dumpling dough into the simmering broth, cover, and cook for 15 minutes until fully risen and cooked.
