Ingredients
Scale
- 2 lbs of steak or chicken (your choice)
- 1 cup of marinade (teriyaki, garlic herb, or your favorite)
- Fresh vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, corn)
- 2 cups of charcoal for the Big Green Egg
- Wood chips for smoking (optional)
- Olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Start preparing your Big Green Egg by filling it with quality charcoal. Light it up and let it reach your desired temperature of around 350°F.
- While the grill heats up, marinate your meat for at least an hour—overnight is even better!
- Once marinated, place the meat on the grate of the Big Green Egg, allowing it to absorb the smoke.
- Add fresh vegetables alongside the meat as it grills, keeping an eye on the internal temperature.
- Once everything is grilled to perfection, slice the meat and arrange it on a platter with the grilled vegetables.
Notes
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Reheat gently in the oven or microwave to avoid overcooking.
- This masterpiece pairs well with a refreshing salad or grilled corn on the cob.
