- 1 pound fresh salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 cup chopped lettuce or mixed greens
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, and garlic powder in a bowl to make the sauce.
- Toss salmon pieces in sesame oil and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until cooked through and slightly crispy.
- While baking, toss greens, carrots, and cucumbers in a large bowl.
- Drizzle the spicy mayo glaze over baked salmon and combine gently.
- Assemble in bowls, top with sesame seeds and sliced green onions, and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispy bites, broil salmon for an additional 2 minutes.
- You can substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt for a lighter sauce.
