  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce or mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, and garlic powder in a bowl to make the sauce.
  3. Toss salmon pieces in sesame oil and place on the baking sheet.
