Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Rinse and pat dry the tilapia fillets, then chop your herbs, slice one lemon, and juice the other.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Grease a baking dish, arrange the tilapia fillets, pour the marinade over them, and place lemon slices on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the tilapia is cooked through and flakes easily. Let it rest before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade.
- Alternate white fish can be used if tilapia is not available.
