Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Rinse the cod fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, and rosemary. Mix well.
- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish, drizzle the lemon herb marinade evenly over the fillets, and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cod is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
