Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Set up a dredging station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat chicken in flour, then eggs, then breadcrumbs.
- Place on baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk hot honey, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt.
- Brush the glazed mixture over the baked chicken during the last 5 minutes of baking or serve as a dip.
Notes
- For extra crunch, double coat the chicken in breadcrumbs.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
- Serve with steamed rice or a fresh green salad for a complete meal.
