Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • ½ cup hot honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Set up a dredging station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Coat chicken in flour, then eggs, then breadcrumbs.
  5. Place on baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk hot honey, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt.
  8. Brush the glazed mixture over the baked chicken during the last 5 minutes of baking or serve as a dip.
