  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wrap the block of extra-firm tofu in several layers of paper towels and press with a heavy object for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Toss the tofu cubes in the mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spread the tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
