Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- A mix of red, yellow, and green bell peppers, sliced
- One large onion, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). In a large bowl, combine sliced bell peppers and onions with olive oil.
- Add chicken strips to the bowl, drizzle with olive oil and fajita seasoning. Toss to coat.
- Spread chicken and vegetable mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer. Squeeze lime juice on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender, stirring halfway through.
