- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Prepare fresh ingredients by washing and chopping the vegetables and herbs.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned; drain excess fat and mix in taco seasoning.
- Heat the tortillas on a griddle until warm and pliable.
- Assemble the tacos by adding the beef and your choice of toppings to the tortillas. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
Notes
- Leftover ingredients should be stored in airtight containers in the refrigerator.
- Warmed tortillas can be re-used while the cooked ground beef lasts up to 3 days.
