Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until bubbly.
  2. Add flour, olive oil, and salt. Stir until combined, then knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  3. Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness on a floured surface.
  4. Spread tomato sauce over the dough, sprinkle with mozzarella, and top with olives and diced tomatoes.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 475°F (245°C) for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
