Instructions

- Gently fold in the diced apples to distribute evenly within the batter.
- Pour the batter into a greased sheet pan. Spread evenly, then sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top if desired. Bake at 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) for 35โ40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
