Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy, then set aside.
- Bake chicken in a baking dish for 20-25 minutes.
- Top each chicken breast with bacon, spinach, pineapple slices, and shredded cheese.
- Drizzle barbeque sauce over the top.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
