Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
- Sour cream and salsa for serving
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the filling by browning the ground beef or turkey in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened and let it cool slightly.
- Assemble the taco bombs by placing 2-3 tablespoons of the meat filling in the center of a tortilla, adding shredded cheese and toppings. Fold and roll into a tight parcel.
- Prepare the air fryer by preheating it to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spraying the basket with cooking spray or brushing with olive oil.
- Cook the taco bombs seam side down in the basket, leaving space between each. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
