Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Form ground beef into 12 small patties, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Slice buns and toast lightly if desired.
- Assemble sliders by placing each patty on the bottom bun, adding toppings, and covering with the top bun.
