Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475Β°F (245Β°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped basil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Spread ricotta cheese evenly across the pizza base. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the ricotta, then top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Pour the lemon-basil mixture evenly over the layered cheeses.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese bubbles. Broil for 1-2 minutes for a crispy top if desired.
